We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. The position can be based out of our New York City or London office, or fully remote from anywhere in the United States (EST working hours) or United Kingdom. We have a flexible hybrid and remote working policy.

Director of Revenue Operations Description

As OpenAsset’s Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll design the framework and manage the revenue operations function which will include establishing procedures, knowledge management systems, and feedback channels across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance teams.

You will be tasked with bringing a data-driven framework to help guide the direction of the organization in every facet of the design and execution of GTM strategies. They will ensure we have the best tools and processes in place to maximize efficiency through a strong operating rhythm, but will also work collaboratively across virtually every function to create alignment and identify the biggest opportunity for revenue-generating optimizations.

You will recommend, implement, and manage processes and system changes across sales, customer success, business development, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders. RevOps will share key insights and centralize information, build systems that scale, and provide transparency through data for our business that have a direct impact on our growth performance.

Director of Revenue Operations Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GTM Leadership to define, optimize, document and maintain processes to scale effectively and reduce friction
  • Identify, select, and onboard scalable tools to ensure sales data visibility cross-functionally, and administer Salesforce and other Sales-related technologies as well as Salesforce planning and administration tasks
  • Track and analyze results to show success through OKRs, KPIs, and other performance/efficiency/effectiveness metrics. Support key operating rituals like Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly recaps, and weekly pipeline meetings and checkin’s.
  • Centralize and share insights from the entire sales funnel, which will include direct sales and on-site transactions, and make recommendations to stakeholders for improvements. Own Sales reporting, including but not limited to sales performance, and team/rep analytics. Own development and maintenance of dashboards ensuring consistency and accuracy across all levels of the team.
  • Develop & maintain annual plans for the sales team, working with the Finance and Analytics team to leverage AE ←→ SDR ratios, coverage models, and territory planning
  • Ensure pre-sales, sales, and post-sales plans are consistent with the planned operating expense budget
  • Design and implement an efficient sales process to help drive company alignment on sales processes, methodologies, forecasting, and reporting
  • Own the Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process. Create sales compensation plans and programs for the sales organization that incorporate quotas, accelerators, and spiffs for ICs, managers, and leadership. Align quotas with segments, determine over-assigns, and compare historicals to advise on plan growth
  • Partner with marketing, product, and finance to ensure robust bottom-up planning aligns with top-down company budgets
  • Oversee sales enablement and L&D projects to drive adoption and alignment including ensuring the outcomes of force management are adopted across the sales team and that the sales systems and tools reflect the framework and methodologies rolled out to the team

Director of Revenue Operations Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation (preferably at B2B SaaS companies)
  • A track record of helping team hit aggressive revenue and pipeline targets
  • Expertise with Salesforce and various sales and analytic tools
