Responsibilities:
- Sales systems administration – operational support and expertise of core sales systems, supporting HQ and store network in conjunction with IT
- Vehicle Fleet and Delivery – developing and managing car flows to ensure production orders are placed and vehicles are moving through the supply chain to meet delivery ETAs
- Purchase verification and vehicle registration – processing of purchase documentation and registration of vehicles in compliance with local DMV regulations
- Key stakeholder for financing parters to connect systems, setup processes and flows to meet Sales and Delivery targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Sales Planning and Analysis – creating custom analyses to understand performance against KPIs, evaluation of competitiveness versus the market, and development of standard reporting of Sales activities
- Manage of the daily operations with business partners such as transport companies, car detailing companies, b2b customers...
- Collaborate with other functions and areas of the business to ensure a seamless customer sales experience and remove friction points (Inside Sales, Regional Sales, B2B Sales)
- Explore opportunities on a daily basis for continuous improvement of the sales and purchase experience
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in automotive OEM /Dealer network sales operations
- Proven record of achieving operational targets and delivering multiple projects in parallel.
- Automotive Electric Vehicle experience not required but a plus
- Experience within fast pacing environments driven by tight deadlines is a plus
- Experience with new product launches not required but a plus
- International experience is a plus
