Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional who will be a key contributor in achieving CoreViews goals. This person will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, with a focus on supporting the GTM team and becoming an expert in CoreViews marketing and sales processes and operational systems. This role will have high visibility amongst senior GTM leadership and will offer the opportunity to work with and support teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Product/Engineering. The Revenue Operations Associate can expect to spend about 60% of their time on recurring activities (e.g. data integrity, system management/auditing, reporting, maintenance) and 40% of their time on working towards quarterly OKRs.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on CoreView backend revenue systems and support in maintaining them. This includes our lead routing rules (LeanData), lead scoring model, and quoting/contracting systems
- Manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel & Salesforce, pushing large system updates via bulk imports and exports
- Create process documentation, video walkthroughs, and manage a central repository for all revenue systems and processes enablement/content
- Admin and manage the adoption and enablement of a top-of-the-line SaaS sales tool stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, etc...)
- Help onboard new hires in our systems and support them as they ramp
- Become the go-to for ad-hoc data and reporting requests from cross-function teams and sales reps
- Create and manage reporting and analysis for sales and marketing teams
- Find points of friction and opportunities to drive efficiency, and project manage the execution from problem identification to rollout of a solution
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a GTM function at a SaaS company, whether sales, marketing, or another revenue function OR 1+ year in revenue/sales operations
- Strong experience using Salesforce, building reports/dashboards, and analyzing system data
- Data driven with a knack for problem solving and finding the root cause of things
- You are highly organized and an experienced project manager
- You are an independent worker that thrives in ambiguity and have experience owning projects end-to-end
Desired Skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Have experience with Marketo or other marketing automation software
- Worked with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Have experience with partner/channel sales processes
