MDO is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce) to help improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. The Revenue Operations Analyst will design and implement best practice solutions, gather stakeholder feedback, and manage all aspects of Salesforce projects to help the business meet objectives. The ideal candidate will also have experience with analyzing revenue within Salesforce by maintaining the database, assessing revenue recognition treatment, and developing, validating and explaining key revenue trends. This is a role with the potential to grow into a RevOps Manager role over the next 12-18 months. This is a remote role but we would prefer candidates within two hours driving distance to the Atlanta Metro area, where our sales team gathers for required trainings.
Responsibilities

Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

Provide day-to-day management of MDO’s Salesforce Instance

Maintain salesforce cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards

Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

Prepare monthly revenue-related reports

Analyze sales challenges and recommend/implement solutions

Support initiatives to drive efficiencies around revenue recognition and reporting processes.

Develop and implement workflows, custom objects, and validation rules + other advanced functionalities

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

Develop an understanding and detailed knowledge of the various product line revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field

Comfortable with data analysis and excel
-
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.

2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Revenue Analyst
