Your day-to-day

Be a trusted contact to the Renewal Sales team for topics relating to renewal quoting and pricing requirements.

Create renewal quotes utilizing the CPQ tool as well as manual setup and calculations in excel.

Apply general pricing principles and target margins to effectively guide Sales on pricing.

Leverage CPQ and SFDC Lightning.

Responsible for in-depth review and understanding customer’s account information including SFDC and shared folders.

Clearly communicate with Sales teams on general pricing guidance and overall transaction qualification.

Identify when cross-functional teams need to be engaged to ensure quoting requirements are met

Ensure required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and clearly documented.

Be a sales advocate and partner to internal organizations to understand the details around each transaction.

Ensure sales requests are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus during period-end deadlines. Manage and track renewal quotes to ensure team’s standard SLAs are met.

Provide feedback and observations of where process improvements could be made.
