Direct Hire - Manager (jr, mid, sr) Commercial Sales Operations - fast-growing Biotech - New York, NY (3 days onsite)
An exciting and growing biotech company based in New York, NY urgently require a Manager (open to all levels) to join their Commercials Sales Operations team and lead a key drug sample strategy initiative. You will be providing support and operations to the sales team through this sample program initiative as well as providing/identifying relevant field KPIs and data analytics to those teams within the company's CRM tool. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week required in the office in New York, NY (Mon, Tues, Thurs).
You will meet the following requirements:
2+ years of sales operations, commercial operations or operations supporting sales reps/teams in the following industries: pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, Contract research organizations (CROs), Contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), healthcare, etc.
Experience with using CRM systems, and interpreting/analyzing data analytics and articulating that to sales teams/people.
Strong MS excel skills, and skills with a data analytics or data visualization tool such as Tableau is preferred.
SQL programming experience is a plus but not required
The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities.
