Mission:
The Sales Operations Team provides retail sales support through product allocations, sample program management, ongoing car stock management and process gap development. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Key Account Directors & Field Sales team in key account development through seasonal program coordination between Marketing and Demand Planning. The Sales Operations Coordinator provides retail sales analysis, tracks accounts & brand performance to assist in account planning and effective allocation of resources. This individual will support the sales team in the development of their accounts and assuring the coordination between marketing and planning.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare, manage, and maintain seasonal collateral, promotional, special event, and training allocations for Puig Makeup and Fragrance Brands
· Collaborate with Key Account Directors to forecast and load allocations based on promotional plan and availability of inventory
· Primary liaison and source of information/data sharing between Retailers, Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Key Account Directors, and Field Sales Personnel
· Responsible for retail sales analysis, generating top door reports, preparation for business reviews and retail meetings
· Contribute to weekly conference calls with marketing and inventory teams to ensure accuracy of feature descriptions, stock levels and financial data in SAP
· Assist Account Executives in the sales field with ad hoc requests
· Prepare decks for business reviews, retailer meetings, and other various market presentations
· Additional support of special projects when needed
· Prepare visual week recaps and related reporting
· Attend monthly meetings and provide forecast needs
Skills and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
· Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/V-Lookups) and Power Point skills and the ability to quickly learn newly implemented systems. Point person for the field related to reports and system training
· PowerPoint skills must include the ability to create a presentation from scratch including importing files and graphic design
· Highly organized, focused, and possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment to meet business needs
· Good communication skills with the ability to interact with Senior Management and Field personnel
· Excellent follow through, detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills
· Demonstrates consistent positive attitude and ability to display respectful and upbeat disposition
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Knowledge of the SAP systems is a plus
· Beauty and Fragrance Industry experience a plus

As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 - $68,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
