About the job:
The Red Hat Marketing Technology and Operations (MTO) team is looking for an energetic, curious, and committed leader to join us as Manager of Revenue Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the people, process, technology, and data that enable revenue and lead operations for Marketing, Market Development, and Sales.
You will have the exciting opportunity to make an impact through the application of technology and data insights. The Revenue Operations team is a key supporting function for the Market Development and Sales organizations and will partner with many stakeholders across the business. You will be successful by blending strategy and visionary leadership with technical experience to manage and scale the revenue operations technology stack.
What you will do:
- Ensure the overall strategy of Revenue Operations people, process, technology, and data is aligned with MTO and the overall marketing/sales/corporate objectives

Maintain strong relationships with Market Development leadership, as well as Sales Operations, on a consistent basis to ensure current expectations are being met and future enhancements are being planned

Collaborate across the organization to transparently communicate the vision and roadmap of the RevOps team, accounting for impacts

Manage the day-to-day operations of the RevOps stack, including: Salesforce, 6Sense, Drift, Outreach, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, People.ai, and Slintel

Stay up to date on new technology innovations and create a roadmap for future optimization and improvements

Develop an in depth-understanding of the Red Hat lead generation and operations process and assist the team in finding new and interesting ways to improve upon it

Provide leadership and structure to how the team will maintain effective working relationships and provide timely updates on progress as it relates to dependencies or roadblocks

Manage and oversee the health and accuracy of lead-to-account matching and routing

Support the operational processes for high-value programs such as NextSell and Co-sell lead pass

Focus on supporting the Revenue Operations associates in their day-to-day operations with an emphasis on continued learning, growth, and performance development
What you will bring:
- 7+ years marketing/marketing ops experience; 1+ years management experience is a plus

Basic knowledge of revenue operations technology including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, 6Sense, Drift, People.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Strong relationship builder with a persistent and enthusiastic customer service mentality

Ability to apply data and technology to business strategies and outcomes

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven record of managing business programs and program results

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

BS in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
