About the Order Manager, Revenue Operations at Headspace Health:
This position reports to the VP of B2B Revenue Operations. You will oversee the daily operation of order management while identifying and implementing improvements and initiatives into the process to assist in Headspace Health’s continued growth. If you love the Order to Cash process and Salesforce.com, no need to look any further. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills to join a thriving and fast-paced rev ops organization with cross functional partners in nearly every department at Headspace Health.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:
- Understand the Headspace Health B2B sales process from quote to cash with a focus on executing and optimizing post sales aspects
- Accurately enter customer orders, ensuring compliance to company policies/processes and appropriate order flow
- Liaise with Legal, Finance and/or Sales to resolve any issues identified in the booking of deals
- Perform month end close processes in partnership with Finance to reconcile data across systems
- Coordinate with Revenue Enablement, Legal, and Finance/Accounting to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines, and all other sale processes for a smooth booking process
What you’ve accomplished:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an post-sales revenue operations or order management role
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com required
- Prior experience with NetSuite preferred
- Prior experience with Conga Composer preferred
- Prior experience with Adobe Sign preferred
- Comfort in a rapid growth business environment – we move quickly and wear many hats
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
- Experience in project management and prioritization
- High performer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Prior experience with B2B required
- Experience in SaaS and/or Healthcare/Wellbeing sectors advantageous
