Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of a Sales Operations Analyst

Building a pipeline of leads through extensive research and analytics, early-stage prospecting, email campaigns, and appointment-setting

Work in coordination with sales, marketing, academic, and finance teams to organize and implement events, presentations, conferences, and research.

Implement Business Development processes and Sales support initiatives, including activity pipeline tracking and distribution, opportunity assessment coordination, and the creation of new document types for internal and external use.

Maintain accurate and profitable records within Salesforce including pipeline opportunity management (forecasting, staging, follow ups etc)

Coordinate with Financial Planning and Analysis Team to develop Partner specific proforma models and summary presentations for each discipline based on current accreditation dates

Maintain updated market analytics for each discipline (ie, employment supply and demand, educational supply and demand, needs assessments, etc.)

Compile and prepare meeting materials, notes, collaborator and partner organization participant information, and other relevant information for BD leadership engagement

Conduct research into operational systems improvements for implementation in the BD unit

Maintain the BD Resource Archive, including the collection, organization, and filing of BD/Sales materials
Qualifications:
Qualifications of a Sales Operations Analyst

4-year degree OR appropriate combination of experience and education
-
Experience working with and developing operational systems, including project and financial tracking.

Must possess proficient technical acumen and experience working with CRM and sales/marketing
-
Great attention to detail, organizational & project management skills.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Ability to effectively articulate and exchange information using verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders, all while building positive relationships
-
Experience in higher education, business or academic administration preferred.
