About the Role:
Revenue operations is a rapidly growing category that has attracted substantial investment and demand in recent years. Furthermore, software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses continue to excel and define the standard operating model of the software industry. At HST Pathways, you’ll participate in the intersection of these trends while learning best practices from a SaaS business that is growing at 30%+ annually.
You’ll assume responsibility for high-importance tasks that directly impact sales efficacy and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be a structured and analytical thinker who can generate quality insights from large sets of data and possesses an exceptional attention to detail. The role will be heavily involved in organizational performance management.
A successful candidate is a continuous learner who will quickly understand the factors that impact revenue performance, be able to explain the underlying causes behind performance changes, and create dashboards, reports, and scorecards that accurately reflect these factors and their trends in a way that is clearly presented and easily understandable.

What you’ll do here:
- Understand, report, and distribute key revenue-team performance metrics
- Maintain, monitor, and enhance weekly and monthly reporting across Revenue org
- Leverage and analyze revenue data from platforms such as Gong, Outreach, and Salesforce to uncover actionable insights and trends
- Optimize key sales systems and tools, including buildout of key performance monitoring dashboards for executive use
- Provide analytical support for annual GTM plans
- Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of our data and systems, including being the primary owner of our contact and account data execution
- Drive consistency, predictability, and continuous improvement throughout our revenue tea
- Inform strategic analysis through data-based recommendations for revenue team improvement
- Ad hoc report and dashboard creation
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in financial services, banking, or strategy and consulting.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, banking or consulting.
- Strong quantitative skills and analytical ability
- Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights and demonstrates sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Ability to quickly learn and leverage Sales & Marketing software tools (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy and professionalism.
- Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with executive level presentations and communications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering
