Sales Operations Specialist
The Commercial Operations team’s mission is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team by defining and continuously optimizing sales process, tools, and resources. The Sales Operations Specialist, reporting into the Director, EPS Commercial Strategy and Operations, will focus on making sure the sales business cadence runs smoothly, supporting projects or programs that drive efficiency for the commercial team.
What you'll do:
Sales Planning:Support Operations projects through data gathering and analysis and/or program management;Support the launch of new initiatives by coordinating activities within sales ops and/or sales teams
Operations Analytics:Support sales cadence analytics around new and existing business, win/loss & opportunity duration, gap analysis and data quality (with Finance support);Proactively conduct ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve processes or sales performance (with the support of Sr ops manager)
Collaboration:Work across Commercial Operations and other functions to drive a consistent, seamless and collaborative approach to the service we deliver to Commercial teams;Work across E4B functions (Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Analytics) on recommendations for process improvements, with a goal to simplify and automate when possible;Develop a good understanding of sales roles and process in order to support the team
Who you are:
Experience in a commercial or supporting role
Proactive approach
Proficiency in English + additional language a plus
Good understanding of project coordination and process design
Proficient communicator.
Knowledge of SalesForce.com is mandatory
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is required.
Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams
Experience in Travel B2B business is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional experience
