We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and manage the revenue generation
for our BPO services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and
business development, as well as experience leading and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales and business development strategies that align with
the company's overall goals and objectives
● Lead and manage the sales and business development team
● Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
● Achieve or exceed revenue targets
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
● Ensure that sales and business development efforts meet or exceed client
expectations
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales and business development
efforts meet business needs
● Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in BPO sales and business
development
● Mentor and develop team members
● Continuously improve sales and business development processes and procedures
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
● 6+ years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
● Strong leadership and mentoring skills
● Experience managing budgets and timelines
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Experience with agile project management methodologies
● Strong understanding of BPO sales and business development best practices
● Proven track record of successfully generating revenue for BPO services
