Your mission
- You provide administrative support to the whole sales team during the acquisition and realization of new sales opportunities
- You manage the contractual aspect of our sales by preparing the contracts and managing all documentation
- You support our customer success management team during the implementation and operation phase and keep track of the agreements in our contracts
- You create relevant reports for tracking all our sales initiatives and our budget
- You organize our demos and support the sales team in constantly improving our presentations
- You interact across teams (e.g. tech, marketing, and customer support) to assure constant improvement
Your profile
- Completed degree or commercial apprenticeship within a business-related topic
- Relevant practical experiences in sales and/or business development
- You are open-minded, very communicative and have a strong customer- and solution-oriented way of working
- You can seamlessly switch between German and English
- You are structured and independent but still a team player in any matter
