SUMMARY
The Cigna Medicare Sales Operations Senior Analyst will be a specialized role to support process improvements to help improve and sustain operational processes across the Sales Operations team. In collaboration with internal constituents, this person will support ongoing and new operational projects identified to improve the quality and efficiency of Sales Operations, ensure partner satisfaction and simplicity of doing business. The Sales Operations Senior Analyst coordinates with business partners to ensure needs are met. The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will need to work in partnership across multiple functional areas, providing specialized operational support to the broker sales team.

Achievements are largely dependent on successfully partnering with multiple constituents, which include enterprise operational teams (including but not limited to Sales Effectiveness, Sales Integrity, Compliance, Sales Enablement, Account Management and Enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and sustain process modeling initiatives for operational tasks that impact data integrity.
Create and update training resources in partnership with trainer teams as needed.
Build knowledge resources to document operational process workflows to enable continued process improvements.
Partner to implement best practices as a result of compliance, policy, or business requirement changes to facilitate best solutions and methods which will optimize operational processes and drive efficiencies.
Track and document process improvement projects as needed to champion Sales Operations across Medicare, CSB, PDP and IFP business units.
Complete onboarding/off-boarding processes for our Contracting, Broker Support (CARL) and Research teams.
Prepare and deliver summary reports and/or presentation materials as needed to Sales Operations management teams.
Support FDR onboarding activities as needed.
Support reporting data analytics projects and deliverables.
Partner to centralize team resources for Sales Operations Support on team SharePoint site.
Implement updates needed for all Medicare Sales Support team content libraries on Iris, SharePoint and Knowledge Exchange sites.
Collaborate closely with the broker sales team to understand and map their process and procedures.
Support operational updates and ongoing initiatives amongst the team to share for transparency across other business partners with the Sales Operations newsletter.
Provide support to multiple constituents, which includes enterprise operational teams (Marketing, Compliance, Sales Integrity and Enrollment, Operations Effectiveness, etc.) and sales teams to maximize partner satisfaction.
Gather and document best demonstrated practices for internal stakeholders to constantly improve and challenge status quo of processes.
Raise concerns/issues to ensure they are properly addressed in a timely manner.
Respond to inquiries, using independent judgment and funneling issues to appropriate teams as needed.
Remain compliant with all company and governmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
Encourage constructive dialogue with others in an inclusive manner, ensuring diverse perspectives are considered to drive innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or equivalent, relevant work experience
Proficient knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and Salesforce required.
Medicare experience preferred.
Experience or familiarity with insurance sales organizations preferred.
Presentation skills and ability to speak to different audiences.
Ability to manage and effectively communicate timeframes, expectations, and requirements with various types of new and existing customers/clients.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage through change in a fast-paced environment.
Goal oriented, resourceful, personally accountable and self-directed.
Innovative mindset for identifying and creating awareness where new approaches/solutions are beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.
Process-oriented with organization and planning skills among competing responsibilities and tasks.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 27 - 41 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
