We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Water Treatment Products team in Brookfield, WI. In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to directly impact and improve Pentair sales operations by providing valuable tools and solutions, establishing and innovating processes, conducting training, and analyzing relevant data. You have the ability to be fully on-site, remote, or hybrid, with occasional on-site meetings. Applicants living in the Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis metropolitan area are encouraged to apply.
You will:

Analyze sales data, create reports, identify trends and areas of improvement, and present findings to sales management and leadership.

Structure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (SalesForce) to align with business objectives.

Monitor data quality, make recommendations and own processes to ensure a high level of data quality in CRM and reporting tools.

Develop cross functional relationships with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to coordinate and manage projects.

Coordinate and support sales forecasting, account planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
Key Qualifications:

Have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Marketing or related field.

Have 1+ years of professional experience working in Data Analysis, Marketing, Sales, and/or Sales Support.

Demonstrated experience in process improvement, strong analytical skills, and ability to analyze and make inferences from large amounts of data.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required.

Ability to utilize database or analytical software, such as Tableau, Cognos, or comparable.

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

Occasional travel may be required for meetings and conferences.
