What you’ll be doing:
The Revenue Operations Analyst is part of the Growth Operations and Innovation team for SCP Health. This position will build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams, and KPIs. As a partner with the sales management team, this role will engage in forecasting, territory planning & management, and executing a consistent business review cadence.
The primary goal of the position is to be a trusted partner of the sales management team and make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the revenue-driving organization while providing leadership visibility into the health and performance of the Business. As such, the role will support the buildout and execution of critical projects serving as a project manager where appropriate.
Tackle complex business problems, build compelling data-driven stories, and become a trusted business advisor across the organization. Partner with senior business leaders on solving complex business challenges and provide relevant scenario modeling and data-driven insights allowing for scalable solutions-
Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of the truth of our sales, marketing, and customer success data

Proactively search for areas of organizational improvement, find and document creative solutions and create scale to impact company revenue.

Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, its impact on the Business, and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieve. Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommended paths forward

Own, Support, and develop the sales organization's ability to report on key metrics, analyze performance, and develop predictive insights to drive revenue generation. The role will support all things from Salesforce reporting/dashboards to Board level reporting.

Partner with senior business leaders on solving complex business challenges and provide relevant scenario modeling and data-driven insights

Clearly and concisely present strategic and tactical recommendations; develop compelling presentations for both internal and external customers

Support & manage cross-functional stakeholders/projects and act as a project manager to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, measuring the real impact of solutions and adapting as necessary to overcome unexpected roadblocks or other obstacles
Who/What we are looking for:-
You have 3+ years of direct analytical experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, ideally in the Healthcare industry

You have extensive knowledge of Sales Tools -Salesforce - proficiency required, LinkedIn, Seismic, etc. - preferred

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience working with BI/Analytic tools (Tableau, etc.)

SQL knowledge is a plus.

You have a BA degree required, healthcare or management field preferred.

You have strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics

You have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital market, and corporate structures preferred

You have an understanding of key Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice (e.g., solution selling)

You are able to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes. You have the ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
