About The Role
In your new role, you’ll be responsible managing our Domestic Sales Coordinators to deliver an excellent customer experience to Miele Partners.
The team ensures effective management of order data relating to sales which enables us to deliver accurate and efficient order management principles. Leading this team will require an affective management approach that can adapt to a hybrid team in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to react and change quickly and have a sound analytical and systems knowledge. Leading by example you will be agile and learn new processes quickly and ensure that the team is positive and focused in a high challenge and high support environment.
Further elements of your role will include
- High-level support for any complex queries or complaints and retain ownership through to resolution balancing customer, people and business needs
- Collaborate effectively and regularly with peers and colleagues
- Represent in sales and cross functional Project roles with a view to improve business processes that enable a premium customer experience
- Provide feedback regarding order management or customer concerns, with recommendations
- 1-2-1 and coaching conversations ensuring the actions, impacts and improvements are measurable
- Utilise Performance Management to reward high performers and to provide additional support to people that need it
About You
You’ll be an effective and capable team manager with experience, have a good commercial understanding that enables you to drive results through your team striving for exceptional performance for yourself and your team.
Ideally, you’ll bring an understanding of working with a sales order processing and customer service and will have structured and effective people management skills. A natural communicator you will build relationships and be confident in offering solutions and stepping in when necessary to support resolutions.
Decision making will be second nature and you’ll constantly use your own initiative to achieve goals and complete tasks.
