THE ROLE
Summary: Support operating cadence across sales to ensure the health and predictability of the business in achieving key performance metrics including bookings forecast accuracy, pipeline analysis, and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
· Drive evolution and enhancement of sales systems and processes. Partner with different business units.
· Support the annual sales planning process including quota setting,
· Administer the compensation model,
· Running sales win process in Kimble, which involves reviewing Milestones, Prices, Contract terms match Sales Opportunity.
· Ad Hoc financial analysis for EMEA SVP Sales
· Act as a thought leader who can provide strategic direction and develop innovative solutions and processes to scale the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in business or financial advisor role
· Experience with supporting sales teams
· Preferably Kimble experience or Sales Force a must
· HubSpot experience
· Strong business acumen organizational skills
· Pipeline Management
· Analytics and Reporting Expertise
· People Management Experience
