Most corporations, NGOs and government agencies do not typically endorse the use of (other) property platforms by their employees, because they do not deem them sufficiently safe for staff in their care. Therefore, companies have to resort to a highly fragmented property distribution system and as a result employees experience a slower, less transparent and more expensive journey to finding temporary accommodation for professional travel.
This is where we come in. Our founders experienced the frustrations of temporary corporate accommodation firsthand and decided that safety shouldn't be a sacrifice. Today, the AltoVita platform boasts over 1.5 million properties in 1,553 locations and 165 countries, with a key difference: every property is vetted and Duty of Care compliant, and our customer service team is on hand 24/7 to assist should any issue arise. This is why more and more organisations want us to take care of their employees' stays away from home, and why employees all over the world will know who we are by 2025.
About The Role
As the first hire for our Sales Operations function at AltoVita, we are looking for a leader who is ready to hit the ground running, make an impact from the first day and from whom we can all learn from.
You will be responsible not only for the day-to-day empowerment and optimisation of the Sales Department but also for identifying and implementing best practices and processes.
What You Will Do
- Continuously improve, develop, and document sales policies, processes and procedures, in order to maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data and customer records in HubSpot and other systems
- Increase the sales department's productivity through improved sales processes and process automation and optimisation
- Develop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives
- Execute pipeline management processes
- Carry out sales forecasting and modelling to help inform our geographic sales planning decisions
- Proactively analyse sales trends and metrics for the purpose of providing deeper insights to the sales team
- Provide HubSpot support to the Sales team, empowering them to use the tool to its fullest potential
- Collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in particular) to ensure data is being captured and optimised throughout the entire Sales Pipeline
- Set up analytical reporting processes that lead to data-driven strategy formulation and decision making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales enablement
- Deep HubSpot CRM expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
- Experience at a scale-up in a high-growth stage is a MUST
- Proven experience obtaining measurable improvements to the sales performance of a business
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills
Ways of Working
AltoVita is a fully remote team. Although we have regular touch-points throughout the week, share a virtual office on Wonder, and meet up in London twice a year, trust is essential for us to work effectively as a team. Our founders empower us to make decisions autonomously, and in turn expect that we also empower our direct reports.
