We offer an AI-powered intellectual property (IP) protection platform that helps brands automatically detect and remove counterfeits from global online marketplaces and social media platforms. Currently, various global brands including Tiffany & Co, Bvlgari, and Thom Browne are using MarqVision to protect their IP online.
MarqVision uses its proprietary deep-learning-based AI algorithm to detect IP-infringing products online. We then use our bot-powered auto-reporting technology and legal expertise to take down infringements efficiently and effectively. Finally, we provide our customers with key performance metrics to help them improve their IP legal strategy using data. This is a trillion-dollar problem worldwide and we are positioned to become a leader in the space.
Position
The Head of Revenue Operations will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to develop and optimize go-to-market strategy, processes, systems, and infrastructure that boosts Sales productivity and efficiency, enabling the company to accelerate revenue growth. The Head of Revenue Operations will report to the Head of Global Sales.
Responsibilities
- Build early-stage Global Revenue Operations to maximize the future revenue growth
- Lead a global program responsible for sales and marketing forecasting, planning, reporting, order processing, compensation design, and strategic analysis with expectations of high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Drive annual planning process across the global sales organization, including business modeling, territory planning, and compensation design, in close partnership with Finance and other cross-functional leadership.
- Drive Sales productivity by developing and optimizing processes and systems.
- Deliver core business metrics, reporting, and analytics, including pipeline, bookings, lead funnel & churn analysis to set strategy and drive process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with sales leadership to identify the needs and skill gaps, work with Sales Enablement to build enablement content around them, and develop effective enablement resources and programming, including onboarding, product and solutions training, sales methodology training, and new tools for enablement and adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience with 3+ years as a Sales Operations leader in a SaaS company with global responsibility
- Strong self-starter who operates with urgency and proactively drives business results; Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Proven ability to lead and scale Sales Operations of significant scope through growth periods
- Expert proficiency in SFDC, GONG, Outreach, and experience across the full customer revenue journey (from lead to opportunity development, CPQ, billing, and post-sale customer experience)
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes and infrastructure
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Marketing
- Results-orientated with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Analytical problem-solving and impeccable attention to detail
