Your Role
As a
Global Deal Desk Lead, you are the lead of the Adjust’ Deal Desk Team, managing the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) and facilitating the complex deal structures and requests that our clients' demand. The Deal Desk Lead will act as an expert in our policies, processes, and systems. They will advise, coach, and train Sales Reps on a day-to-day basis to efficiently work with sales processes and policies. In addition to that, Global Deal Desk Lead will be expected to lead initiatives to improve our processes, and/or systems.
- Develop an expert level of understanding regarding all past, current and future product offerings in order to provide needed guidance to the Sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute standard processes, workflows, and policy improvements
- Mitigate risk through standardized terms and controls, credit policies and application of revenue recognition requirements
- Provide expert guidance to Sales and CSM teams in the areas of deal structuring, pricing, and contract management
- Assist in delivering relevant training to new and existing salespeople on deal desk, quoting (Salesforce CPQ), approval, ordering processes and overall best practices
- Evaluate deal financials, commercial terms and conditions, operational requirements and non-standard structuring requests. Help your team know how to do the same while escalating where required
- Drive daily deal requests such as opportunity validation, deal analysis and CPQ support
- The analytical mindset to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
Your Responsibilities
- Build, lead and maintain dashboards and weekly forecast reports and ongoing and month end audit and quality activities
- Assist and train the Sales organization regarding policy compliance and entering incoming orders and accuracy into Salesforce CPQ
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams in support of Sales, in the rollout of new products and policies, and in the improvement of our O2C processes
- Consult with our Sales resources and make recommendations based on identified insights that improve sales efficiency, on how best to optimize deal structures
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify trends or problems that impact revenue growth, collection or risk
What You Bring
- Solid experience (5+ years) in Deal Desk, Sales/Business/Revenue Operations and a Salesforce Administration - this isn't your first rodeo and you are excited to bring your knowledge and expertise
- Salesforce CPQ expertise
- Previous experience in SaaS companies where you learned to balance urgency with accuracy and compliance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect significant amounts of data and turn it into meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills (esp. with key stakeholders) to translate data into action
- Intimate knowledge of the client lifecycle and how Revenue Ops can optimize Sales, Marketing & Client Success
- Experience designing processes related to new business, up-sells and renewals
- Expert in making data-driven decisions and recommendations with the available information
- Experience in the ad-tech and mobile measurement industries a plus
- Excellent English skills is a must, additional languages are a plus
