Khoros is looking for an experienced Director of Sales Operations to support the Chief Revenue Officer, work closely with his VP & Chief of Staff and our revenue generating teams (sales, marketing, and customer success). You will lead our revenue operation teams and will drive cross-functional process alignment through systems and data for our business.
Responsibilities:
- Support revenue leadership through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and headcount allocation

Lead all aspects of revenue operations including process optimization, technology stack, data integrity, and KPI analysis

Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within our revenue teams

Drive business performance by closely working with sales leadership to understand sales
performance and forecasts -
Maintaining SFDC data accuracy for territory and account assignments, goals, account hierarchy, and age of pipeline, tasks, and projects

Operationalizing a forecast methodology
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations roles, preferably in high technology-based SaaS environment

A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a sales operations management role

Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies in a scaled sales organization

Expert in Salesforce with excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation and business intelligence skills

Experience with Business Intelligence applications (Domo preferred)

Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management teams

Strong leadership and management skills

Superior presentation and communication skills
Bonus Points if:

Experience managing a global team of direct reports across revenue operation roles

SFDC Administrator Experience

Experience using Salesloft, Outreach, and Gong

Experience building forecasting methodology

Experience using different forecast tools (Clari, SFDC, Salesloft)

Launch/optimize Sales Execution Platform and Conversation Intelligence platform

Experience in MarTech, Contact Center, and/or Community software sales is a distinct advantage
The base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $170,000 with a 20% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
