About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help scale a world-class sales organization in enterprise tech. This individual will work closely with the sales and operations teams to support our sales pipeline, quarterly projects, and ongoing sales ops processes.
What You'll Do
- Execute, document, and monitor sales processes, ensuring process excellence is being followed
- Identify and eliminate barriers in sales processes to improve performance and productivity
- Support sales and operations projects through data requests, reporting, and research
- Monitor and maintain sales records and data, ensuring our CRM and sales pipeline data stay up to date
- Develop, maintain, and maximize the value of Tropic’s sales & marketing tech stack
- Contribute to sales events like quarterly meetups
- Maintain sales ops backlog of requests, priorities, and projects
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations
- Contribute directly to Tropic’s hyper growth trajectory by improving Sales Team efficiency
What You’ve Done
- 1-3+ years in sales, operations, consulting, or equivalent field/experience
- Experience at a startup or growth-stage company, and/or in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Strategy
- Familiarity with sales & marketing processes
- Detail orientation and ability to manage business processes, data, research, and systems
- Experience with SaaS tools used by Sales organizations, as well as 'office suites' like Google Sheets
Compensation
Specific to pay transparency laws, the minimum annual salary for this position is
$65,000 and may also include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
