Summary of the Chief Revenue Officer
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) has the responsibility for the leadership of the entire sales organization. The executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing regional growth plans and business strategies to maximize market opportunities and drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate is one who has built and lead sales teams in the SaaS space and has a strong track record of closing revenue and in supporting/mentoring the direct reports that make up their sales team. You will develop robust processes to drive sales and have direct oversight of all revenue-generating activities, including Go-to-Market Strategy and Sales organizations. The CRO will be an active participant in multiple corporate and strategic planning forums that set and guide market and product direction, new business models and geographic expansion plans.
This executive will be a dynamic leader who can inspire new ideas and manage the sales organization. He/She will have high levels of passion, intellect, drive, and energy and will be a self-confident, team-oriented individual with ethics and integrity.
Responsibilities for the Chief Revenue Officer

Overall booking responsibilities for the sales organization

Recruit, develop, structure, and lead a field of inside sales teams and establish an organization framework to accomplish established strategic, operating, and financial objectives within respective business segments

Manage and support key operational functions including budget planning, expense management, forecasting accuracy, customer relationship and pipeline management, effective regional marketing programs and development, sales operations

Demonstrate the core values of Qualifacts and establish a clear vision for sales

Establish roadmap for future growth, steering the business towards the highest potential specialty, application, and market segments where the company can sustain and advantage and ensure continued profitable expansion.

Qualifications of the Chief Revenue Officer
- An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded university is required. An MBA is highly desirable.

Proven experience in driving year over year sales growth on a consistent basis

Experience in B2B SaaS sales in both high velocity sales environments and complex/enterprises deals

Solid process orientation. Ability to create and manage well-oiled sales operations/execution machine while implementing a rigorous, measurable, and repeatable process

Functional experiences in sales with experience managing and working with cross-functional teams

Marketing experience/expertise (optional)

- Proven ability to personally sell and close large enterprise deals
