Sales Operations Specialist who will be working with our Head of Direct Sales deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.
Stepping into this very challenging role will mean stepping into a dynamic environment. There’ll be a steep learning curve, but we believe the future belongs to those who build it. Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Execute project deliverables, ensuring that sales enablement efforts deliver on the strategic goals agreed upon with senior leaders.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Drive process efficiencies and improve revenue performance.
- Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use and continually develop strong leadership skills.
- Work with team members to identify issues and provide strategic recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Assist in the training of new processes.
- Updating training content and delivery.
- Identify, recommend, and deploy initiatives.
- Develop and maintain sales training.
- Support product launches and changes by preparing and enabling the sales team with the necessary education.
- Plan and facilitate meetings.
Who You Are:
- Proven working experience in sales enablement and operations.
- Understanding of a buyer’s journey.
- Sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to recognize bottlenecks in processes.
- Knowing how to work backwards from a goal.
- Time management.
- Teamwork and collaboration,
- Subject matter expert of sales
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Docs, Sheet and Drive.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to prioritize immediate needs.
- Operationally minded; comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems and processes.
