Position: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Los Angeles (hybrid)
Salary Target: $125,000 - $150,000

We are a diversified company that owns a portfolio of tech-enabled service businesses that focus on driving sales for online and offline CPG brands. We work with close to 300 clients and manage over $3.5 billion in annual sales across Walmart, Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Target, Costco, and various Online Marketplaces. We have grown from 50 to 170 employees over the last three years and are currently in ultra-high growth mode moving forward.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of 5 sales agencies and ensuring that their sales operations are optimized to achieve the organization's goals.
Your key responsibilities include as a Sales Operations Manager:
- Sales strategy development: Develop the overall sales strategy for the portfolio of 5 sales agencies, which includes analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and setting targets and objectives for the sales team to achieve.
- Sales funnel oversight: Oversee the sales funnel, identifying areas where the process can be streamlined and optimized.
- Sales automation tool selection and management: Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools that help streamline the sales process and make it more efficient.
- CRM data management: Manage customer relationship management (CRM) data in Hubspot to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date, and that it can be used to inform sales strategy.
- Sales forecasting: Perform sales forecasting to identify trends and predict future sales performance.
- Organizational goal development: Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals and ensure that sales operations are aligned with those goals.
- Team management: Lead a team of sales operations professionals to ensure that the portfolio of 5 sales agencies is operating at peak efficiency and that sales goals are being met.
Overall, your role as a Sales Operations Manager is to optimize the sales process, select and manage sales automation tools, manage CRM data, forecast sales performance, develop organizational goals, and lead a team of sales operations professionals. By doing so, you will help drive growth and ensure that the portfolio of 5 sales agencies is operating at its highest potential.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales operations experience
- Experience working across multiple sales teams to create a unified strategy
- 3+ years of experience with Hubspot managing sales pipelines and metrics
- Extensive operations, process improvement and standardization experience
- Comfortable in a high-growth environment
- A passion for leveraging systems and driving process improvements
- Great communication skills
- Experience in the CPG Industry or Big Box Retail is a plus
