Digital Accounts Sales Operations Specialist
The role :
Within a team of Sales Operations Specialists :
- Contact with assigned existing customer portfolio (SMB & Corporate Sector) on a daily basis.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction relationship with existing customers.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests.
- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with supporting teams.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers / Finance / BackOffice / Procurement…
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
- Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through ongoing training and partnership with software publishers.

- 1-3 years professional sales operations, sales support, or customer service experience preferred.

- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
