As a Revenue Operations Analyst, your mission is to drive alignment and accountability between all customer-facing revenue-generating teams through tools, processes, and target accountability. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to design and structure targets, track KPIs, keep other teams accountable, build and maintain tools & processes to help Rain achieve its revenue goals. The typical day in the life of a revenue operations analyst will include problem-solving, analyzing complex data sets to generate insights, building processes, implementing new tools and aligning stakeholders cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports & analyses that support forecasting, pipeline management, prospecting, account planning and targets setting across functions
- Drive performance analyses vs KPIs for Sales and Operations
- Support performance touchpoints with cross-functional stakeholders to enable accountability
- Design processes and monitor their effectiveness & execution
- Drive ad-hoc analyses & projects to support the sales & operations functions
- Be a subject matter expert and support front-line stakeholders on sales-related tools
- Manage and update data within CRM
Requirements:
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- 2+ years experience as a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations Analyst, Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems
- Loves to build processes
- Looking to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize & comfortable with ambiguity
- Technology forward-thinking - willing to learn new systems and become the subject matter expert for internal troubleshooting and optimization
- Proficient in Excel
- Bachelor degree in Business, Math, Economics, Information Technology or related field

At Rain, we tie our base pay to a variety of factors including role, leveling, previous experience, and location.
Base Compensation Range: $55,000-$70,000
This represents a base pay and does not include other incentives like bonuses, benefits, equity, etc.
