Responds to and resolves highly complex customer issues on behalf of senior sales management and executives.
The Main Responsibilities
- Leads, designs and/ or development of highly complex sales operations programs/processes impacting service, support, or distribution. Lead program/project teams on high profile/large impacting items. Creates efficiencies with the processes and region. Drives a big picture view of the need and ensure all impacted parties are represented or regularly statused.

Using broad sales operations & business knowledge, identifies issues & opportunities and makes recommendations accordingly. Corrects complex issues and drive long term process improvments

Acts as subject matter expert for sales and/or CS employees, sales and/or CS leadership and other ecosystem partners. Acts as a peer mentor/leader for other sales operations employees.

Makes recommendations to senior management to enhance productivity, sales revenues and collaboration between operations, sales, CS, marketing, product, finance and distributors.

Evaluates and develops competitive sales operations strategies, programs and processes. Ensures sales operations policies/practices are reviewed/revised as technology & business conditions change.

Develops/delivers training to sales and/or CS employees and/or leadership based on observed gaps. Provides guidance as needed to peers and sales and/or CS leadership.

Provides advanced analytical support and makes recommendations to senior sales management to evaluate organizational effectiveness.

Drives business needs, communication and coordination of sales information to and from multiple organizations to provide a reasonable suggested course of action. Clear and concise delivery of messages through a variety of mediums

Research and resolves advanced complex problems, concerns and escalations. Identifies alternatives, provide recommendations and resolves conflicts. Provides resolutions to an assortment of technical problems of varying complexity and scope. Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures to make decisions and/or recommendations

Determines/develops and guides others in best approaches to solutions. Resolves complex problems with minimal supervision or direction. Consistently demonstrate ability to make decisions based on the greater good of the company and evaluate the impacts to all lenses of the company (sales, CS, finance, HR, etc.)
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree equivalent education and relevant experience

8+ years of related experience

Advanced Experience with the sales operations of a corporate sales program

Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Subject matter expert in focus area(s) of sales operations for region and/or business units
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree equivalent education and relevant experience

Advanced SFDC or other CRM Experience including Report writing

Sales & TBR quota setting experience

Understand relational databases

Professional certifications

Salary Range
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
