This position is based in Pune in Hybrid working mode and would report to a CXO level person.
Job description:
- Monitoring new business acquisition projection based on different data sources and inputs from stakeholders - Maintain pipeline variations for different lines of businesses, Track past sales performances, Watch market trends.
- Target improvements and manage projects for business process development & improvement from sales operations standpoint - Collect and document business requirements from sales operations, produce documentation to outline processes and policies, keep all stakeholders up to date.
- Manage special projects to achieve sales outcomes given scope, timeline, resources - Sales and pre-sales team performance improvement projects, analyze data from different sources and provide insights, which should help teams achieve their goals, identify and raise red flags in time, identify best practices in the regions and implement.
- Identify areas for improving efficiency - Implement tools and technologies. Measure improvements.
- Data management: Ensure real time updates and accuracy of all data
- Cross function collaboration: Develop relationships and processes with stakeholders including sales, finance, marketing to identify and address issues.
- Team leadership: Build, support, mentor, and direct sales operations team and cultivate a culture of innovation & delivery.

Desired Experience:
- 15+ years of experience, out of which 5 years should be at a senior level in the Sales / Business Operations function
- At least 5 years experience in an IT Services organization
