The CRO will be responsible for establishing and implementing a business growth strategy, boosting revenue streams globally, and developing a perfect customer support department strategy.
What we expect:
- 5+ years experience leading sales, partnerships and customer support in FX/CFD or FinTech industry;
- Proven track record of generating at least 30m+ Euro in annual revenues;
- Effectively managing multiple geographic regions and varieties of local teams;
- Very strong leadership skills;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Analytical thinking with strong mathematical and logical thinking skills;
- In depth collaboration with Marketing department to ensure an efficient use of
- advertising spending;
- Self-motivated person with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Perfect English (C1+).
Your activities as CRO will be:
- Establish and implement a business growth strategy in three core areas: Direct Sales, Partnership Network (IBs) and Customer support;
- Boost revenue streams across the globe;
- Responsible for growing company market share in all regions such as Europe,
- Asia, Africa, Middle East, Canada, Australia and Latin America;
- Direct responsibility for all global net client deposits, active clients, trading
- volumes and customer satisfaction;
- Develop a perfect customer support department strategy with guaranteed
- improvements in client satisfaction;
- Continuously improve partnership programs and grow the network of Partners (IBs);
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize the returns on marketing investment;
- Provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics;
- Monitor all the revenue streams and adjust when necessary.
