We are building a competitively advantaged Sales Team to support our growing Family of Companies and to drive excellence within the organization. Integral to this team is the Sales Operations Manager who is responsible for the support of the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics. They will identify opportunities to drive revenue, work across various internal teams to share insights and centralize information. The Sales Operations Manager will work to ensure positive client experience and actively manage customer-impacting issues oversee AE programs, as well as procurement, and operations functions.
In addition, they will:

Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives

Assist in creation and rollout of metrics, KPI's, quota development, territory coverage.

Assist in deployment and training of sales process, motion, and methodology

TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS:

In depth knowledge of CRM software and the administration of them including Salesforce/dynamics.
- Salesforce certification is a plus!

Understand Sales Enablement tool usage such as Power BI, LMS, Utilization of Candence/Sequence toold, Marketing Automation Software.

Remote Opportunity, prefer within a commutable distance to Lehigh Valley/Pen Arygl, PA but other candidates will be considered.
PAY + BENEFITS:

Salary: 100K – 140K (commensurate with experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college
- Minimum 8 years working experience with 2 years in business/revenue/sales ops
- Ability to map sales strategy and structure to market need and drive differentiated campaigns across varied lines of business is a must.
