Revenue Operations Director due to growth! This company is changing the way that corporations utilize location data to help improve revenue, marketing visibility and customer experience.
The
Revenue Operations Director role will be responsible for collaborating with the Vice President of Sales to analyze and present sales data, create training and development materials and establish metrics and KPIs as the organization continues to add headcount, globally. The ideal candidate has utilized HubSpot at an advanced level and brings prior experience leading and growing a sales department.
Revenue Operations Director Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot to run sales reports and organize sales data
- Utilize sales data to establish SOPs within the sales organization
- Create and manage sales training materials
- Support the sales administration process by driving efficiencies, automation and compliance
- Provide sales forecasting data to help determine future quotas, KPIs and sales goals
- Provide leadership and training to new sales hires
Revenue Operations Director Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of Sales Administration or Sales Operations experience required
- 2-5 years of leadership, supervisory or training experience in software sales preferred
- HubSpot usage required
- Proven track record of process improvement and project management skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
