A Deal Desk Manager, is a newly created, highly visible and impactful role, allowing you to leverage our prior deal desk experience supporting complex, non-standard deals in an international SaaS marketplace. you will report to the finance director and work together with the finance team and all our most relevant stakeholders.

Work with Sales and another internal department to close critical, complex deals with high visibility.

Work with Legal to prioritize deals in the pipeline and timelines.

Establish and nurture partnerships across our Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, serving as an advisor on all things related to the deal desk and deal lifecycles.

Serve as the point of contact and expert on deal construction, special pricing, operations, approval guidelines, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations

Work closely with the Sales Leadership team and act as an advisor and be the orchestration point in navigating deals efficiently through deal closing.

Minimize sales cycle times while optimizing revenue and profitability.
- Identify and elevate negotiation issues through the appropriate channels, Sales and Legal, taking initiative to resolve them with efficiency and high quality.

Special projects and duties as assigned.

Ability to successfully manage professional discussions of conflicting viewpoints professionally and respectfully, all while providing solutions leading to resolution and deals closed.

Ability to articulate Mitek’s positions to customers and manage contractual negotiations/objections in real time.

Fluency in English.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or related field.

Knowledge and skills typically associated with 5+ years of experience in Deal Deska, vendor/contract negotiations, or related activities.

Successful experience negotiating standard and non-standard SaaS deals of international complexity (ranging between £20k – £500k).

Deep knowledge of sales cycle and prioritization of competing deal flow

Proficiency in Dutch and/or Spanish – written and verbal.

Experience in vendor-side procurement and negotiating.

Strategic Sourcing negotiations and agreements.

Experience in Sales Operations, preferably within identity, fraud, or risk-focused software solutions.
