Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for Sales Operations Manager in Burlington, Canada

Work schedule – Monday – Friday
Flexible with work from home depending on the employee’s experience.

Salary: $70-$120k
8% Commission on paid in invoices.
Hour: 8 am to 5 pm

Job duties

2-5 years of experience in transportation brokerage/3PL
Cold calling and/or cold emailing prospects to initiate conversations.
Prospecting for companies that ship freight within North America and cross border (Canada-USA, USA-Canada, Mexico- USA, Mexico-Canada).
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Identify business opportunities with new and current customers.
Have a book of business of 20-40k margin/per month.
