JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Operations Manager to assist in the nurturing of relationships between GreenSlate and its clients as well as providing administrative support to the sales department. This candidate will become proficient in understanding the client and department needs and responding accordingly, assisting with maintaining and tracking client relationship follow-up, providing regular reports to the team to assess productivity, coordinate with financing on invoicing, as well as maintaining the company CRM database.
*Ideally reside in the LA/Burbank area but must reside in Pacific Standard Time Zone.

What Do We Expect From You
What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by creating consistent, meaningful contact and support
- Enter new projects and diligently maintain and improve client data in HubSpot
- Preparation of term sheets & proposals for sales reps
- Assist sales team with the management of deals throughout the sale process and the handoff to the onboarding department
- Organize & distribute various reports from HubSpot and the GreenSlate Software including sales volumes and pipelines
- Work with the Sales Operations Director & Chief Revenue Officer on quarterly business review, various reports and detailed sales and payroll volumes for executive board meetings
- Work with sales reps on PowerPoint presentations for executives and clients
- Work with the Finance Department on invoicing for various software fees
- Tracking and submitting monthly expenses for sales representatives Prep and format mailing lists, other lists and event invites, when needed coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules
- Filing and organizing important documents, and communicating relevant info to the sales team
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material or equipment. Assist with onboarding new employees
- Monitor the team's progress: identify shortcomings and propose department improvements

SALARY RANGE
$65,000-$75,000
