The Sales Operations Analyst at Charger will support all of our enterprise sales functions. You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM and provide the information, insights and automations for our Sales team to scale. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst that has the skills and interest in data management, reporting, forecasting, and sales KPI management.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for supporting the Sales & Business Development technology to identify best practices and streamline business workflow to increase productivity for the organization
- Responsible for maintaining system optimization to ensure the CRM (HubSpot) is providing the needed leads, analysis, and intelligence to increase activity and productivity
- The individual will support the set up the CRM for success, working collaboratively with the Leaders in Marketing, Sales, Business Development Management, to develop strategy and implement updates within the CRM
- The individual will ensure the data remains clean and usable, and help create reports that empower other leaders and teammates to better drive success
- Standardizing processes, implementing procedures and documenting business processes.
- Communicating and informing Manager of any changes, updates, and concerns regarding the overall technology enhancements and business requirements
- Coordinating with Marketing Technology team to develop strategic campaign data resource lists for business development department
- Supporting sales, marketing as well as customer service teams with regards to ongoing CRM support, training, metrics, etc.
- Developing system support for deriving main sales metrics from existing CRM system.
Requirements:
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask required
- Hands on experience with CRM software, specifically HubSpot
- Proficient in Excel Microsoft Office products
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
