Requirements:
You will be responsible for:

Incentive Compensation and Commission Calculations (work with Sales Leadership to define territories and territory hierarchy, automate commission calculations, provide commission to accounting for payment)

Salesforce Administration and Training
-
Process mapping and documentation related to Sales, Marketing, and FP&A (specific to forecasting KPIs out of Salesforce)

KPI creation, reporting, and tracking (Accounts, Prescribers, Customers, LTV, CoCA, etc)

Distribution of reporting to senior leadership and Sales leadership
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

Manage sales territories, commission calculations, and partner with Accounting to provide necessary documentation

Salesforce administration, process mapping, and training
-
KPI generation for business performance and Salesforce dashboard and reporting management

Support ongoing integration and data integrity projects
The Successful Candiate will have:

have worked in Sales Operations or Business Analyst role for 3-5 years
-
Proficiency in MS products specifically MS Excel
-
have conducted Salesforce training and built Salesforce Dashboards
-
a willingness to work cross functionally at a rapidly changing company
