Our client is searching for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead a growing sales team across the US & EMEA.
Role: Chief Revenue Officer (Global BPO)
Package: c200 – 250k basic + OTE OTE + equity
Location: United Kingdom
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy that maximizes their reach, reputation, and revenue across the US and EMEA and will come with experience of leading teams across those 2 geographical areas.
A background in the BPO sector (people, process or technology) would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals
- Developing growth strategies highlighting new paths to revenue and build the machinery to get there
- Focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; taking responsibility for accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targets
- Drive engagement and performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, department meetings, or other programs as needed
- Ensure effective communication throughout the department to ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and alignment with company goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department leaders and team members to drive cultural initiatives forward and encourage behaviours and programs in line with values
As an individual you will:
- Have a successful background in leading global sales teams, preferably within the BPO sector.
- You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and have a passion for people
- 7+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new service development, sales leadership, marketing, and business partnerships
- Proven experience in developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Significant financial acumen and problem solving skills
- History of data driven decision-making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style, with a proven track record of empowering/scaling teams
