Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible to provide sales support for the Direct to Patient (DTP) Sales team. This role will be responsible for creating detailed sales reports and provide sales assistance as needed to sales staff (sales reps, managers and directors). The Senior Sales Operations Manager will make recommendations on process, procedures and policies that effect the efficiency and effectiveness of the DTP sales organization. This position will be responsible to ensure that compliance standards and processes are being implemented across DTP.
Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
- Work closely with DTP Directors and Managers to provide the necessary tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist DTP Management staff to standardize work processes and procedures for sales related activity.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on how to effectively use the CRM to maximize DTP selling efforts.
- Define and document critical processes to ensure that sales representatives are effectively managing their leads and opportunities.
- Update and communicate Lead Working Guidelines.
- Ensure that DTP compliance requirements are being inspected and managed to SOX standards.
- Work with DTP QA team to ensure alignment in meeting compliance standards.
- Work closely with IT to ensure that CRM workflows and tools are meeting the needs of DTP.
- Work in partnership with Training Manager to develop CRM and process tools in alignment with training initiatives.
- Achieve project deliverables to scope within budget, timeline, and resource plans and constraints.
- Develop analytic tools and applications, as needed.
- Additionally, the Senior Sales Operations manager must be able to effectively work with CRM (Salesforce), lead distribution (NC2) and telephony system (NVM) tools to generate the awareness and visibility to key areas impacting DTP performance.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or related field of study, required.
- 7-10 years sales, project management or related experience, required.
- 2-5 years’ sales management experience, required.
- 2 year’s supervisory/management experience, with a minimum of three direct reports, required.
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, required.
- Intermediate Knowledge/proficiency with Salesforce.com and business analytic tools, required.
- A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
