POSITION: Sales Operations Administrator
STATUS: Full-Time (Hybrid)
LOCATION: Kohl & Frisch Limited (Concord, ON)
REPORTS TO: Manager, Sales Operations

Primary Role of This Position
In this role, the Sales Operations Administrator will provide amalgamation of all sales information and programs at an aggregate level to assist the manager in measuring success, to help drive results and achieve sales objectives.
Major Responsibilities
+ Ensure that the completion and submission of credit applications are accurate and timely
+ Compile, prepare high level reports, and provide analysis to Management and/or other departments as required, i.e., compliance, opioids, new accounts, order in error, Teldon calendars, and Business Development Representatives mileage report
+ Communicate directly with customers on items like outbound sales, inventory levels, account status, and returns
+ Assist with implementing territory and account maintenance AS400 changes effectively
+ Salesforce Maintenance – managing and updating the system by inputting prospect accounts, assignment of Business Development Representatives to new accounts, and providing training to the Sales team when required
+ Provide feedback and administrative support to the Sales Team and Manager, Sales Operations as required
Other Responsibilities
+ Key point of contact for Business Development Representatives
+ Work with other departments and senior management to provide required responses for items such as item requests (inventory, pricing), supply lists, upcharge rates, credits, special request reports, customer complaints/inquiries. Ensure accuracy and support the connectivity between the business, field team, customer service and customers.
+ Support the department’s success and objectives through preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; provide a summary of information highlighting key data points
+ Participate in cross-functional meetings/discussions to become more efficient, to ensure achievement of sales objectives, and to provide input
+ Review all process checkpoints to ensure quality; any quality issues should be communicated, and corrective action should be taken to ensure issue does not arise again
+ Ad hoc project work given by the Manager, Sales Operations/Head of Sales
Education and Experience
+ Post-secondary education is an asset
+ 1 to 3 years of recent work experience in a senior administrative role
+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (testing may be given to assess level of
experience)
Qualifications
+ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
+ Proficient in applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Adobe/PDF editor and Outlook
+ An eye for process improvement and for detail
+ Strong business/financial acumen
+ Knowledge of AS400 an asset
+ Ability to multitask and work independently with limited supervision
+ Salesforce experience is an asset
