Role:
Chief Revenue Officer
Reports to CEO
- Building and Overseeing multiple Sales Teams Comprised of Associate AEs, AEs, Sr, AEs and a Gov/Ed AE, Wholesale and Channel and Inside Sales (cold calling)

Overseeing the Sales Engineering team

Overseeing Client Retention to mitigate churn and ensure base is protected

Directly participate in contract negotiations and interactions with decision makers in order to achieve revenue growth.

Work hand in hand with Marketing on Campaigns, Brand, Lead Gen and Events (including speaking on behalf of the company)

Work hand in hand with Product to devise go-to-market strategies and new product needs.

Successful track record of running multiple Teams in high pace, quota driven environment

Demonstrated success in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user customers, including strategic and large business customers and government accounts using relationship management and system sales concepts

Deep understanding and relationships of Wholesale Accounts

Deep understand and relationships with Agent Channel Sales

Ability to sell to C level executives within an organization

Experience with Internet, Ethernet, DDoS, SDWAN, Fixed Wireless, Cloud and WIFI
-
Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes

Strong understanding of NYC Metro Area
- Skills necessary for decision making and maintaining customer retention

Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum 10 years' experience selling B2B and advanced user of CRM Tools

Exceptional presentation, negotiation and closing skills

Seasoned experience building a base of enterprise Sales

Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success

Further develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals

Oversee all Channel/Partner Development — adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners
