About the role
At Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels, we’re in the business of creating memories for the thousands of guests that visit us at our eight hotels and two activity centres across Scotland, through many different ways of contact.
What we need from you:
As Resort Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be results driven, great at planning and motivating a team of advisors. You’ll enjoy working with people, engaging with various teams and stakeholders to ultimately generate bookings. Your role will be to achieve upsell targets and manage costs within budget requirements. Staff resourcing and planning will be part of your role and strong communication across all areas will be key. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
You’ll enjoy creating and analysing management information to help drive the team. Problem solving will be a key skill, liaising with guests and various departments across the business. You will be able to think quickly and use your initiative to create new processes and help develop the team.
Your team will handle pre-stay customer enquiries, by phone, e-mail and live chat. You’ll make sure they comply with GDPR regulations and that they all meet the quality standards defined by the business, through effective and regular monitoring, coaching and measurement.
You will have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be technologically efficient to improve the customer journey, maximise productivity and efficiency.
