We’re looking for an ambitious and coachable Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Operations Manager at Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights, you will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue-generating processes and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, research and customer success teams. You will implement and maintain systems, tools, and procedures that drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define and standardize processes that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and analysis.
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support revenue projections and business planning.
  • Monitor and report on key revenue metrics, such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and churn rate.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to reconcile revenue data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement new revenue-related tools, systems, and processes.
  • Provide training and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams on best practices for revenue optimization.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.


What You'll Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and Groove or Gong
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

We’re committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap.

  • Pay range for this role: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD depending on experience
