WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

Support FinancialForce Sales Organization with a focus on alignment to the Sales RVPs

Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics to key internal stakeholders on a routine basis

Lead a weekly forecasting cadence in alignment with sales leadership, solution engineering, partner managers, SF alliances, and Demand Gen

Drive a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage and targeted pipeline generation

Operational planning for sales including quota / target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning

Drive consistency in business process and focus on productivity improvement

Working in key sales process applications including but not limited to SFDC, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Xactly, and others
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Proficiency in SFDC

Expert level Excel

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required. MBA preferred

Minimum of 5 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required. 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base

Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong business acumen

Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
Salary Range: $102,784 - $141,328
