- Own all GTM systems and processes including being the business owner for Salesforce
- Develop a cohesive sales operations strategy and procedures for customer management, billing, sales activity, pipeline monitoring, and account and contact sourcing.
- Proactively identify and update new processes to support growth of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations
- Own the existing infrastructure, reporting, tools, metrics, and datasets that support GTM objectives as a subject matter expert
- Investigate and structure data to highlight business opportunities, monitor GTM performance, and support decision making by leadership
- Work cross-functionally to integrate data, process, and metrics into broader company initiatives
- Iterate and continuously improve all GTM processes, reporting, and automation.
- Lead operational planning including territory coverage and quota assignment

Required skills:
- Deep admin experience with Salesforce
- Technical aptitude with strong SQL, python, SFDC, Apex, and Zapier skills
- Has supported a Sales Organization’s growth from 5-50 reps, taking systems and processes from zero to one
- Excellent communication skills and can accurately summarize and present complex principles to a variety of audiences
- Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle, analyze, and track data for sophisticated and often complex processes
- Ability to develop highly efficient processes and enable relevant stakeholders with training and documentation
- 4+ years of Sales Operations experience at a fast growing tech company
