The Revenue Operations Manager role will work across the go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to bring alignment across the full customer life cycle and drive growth through operational efficiencies and keeping all teams accountable to revenue. This is a critical role as Heymarket builds the foundation to scale and continue growth in the massive market of business messaging platforms.
Responsibilities
Own current and future tech stack across sales, marketing and customer success teams. Current tech stack includes: HubSpot, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Outreach, Zendesk
Make necessary changes and updates to tech stack to improve operations
Ensure data integrity across customer life cycle, from lead to customer to renewals/churn and upsells
Create processes to drive collaboration between the sales, marketing, customer success teams
Partner with team leads to create and maintain reports to track KPIs and revenue across marketing, sales and customer success
Create processes to encourage collaboration between the sales, marketing, customer success teams
Document and continuously manage operational processes
Own the rev ops roadmap from intake to execution: from diagnosing issues/requests/ opportunities to project managing and ensuring execution
Requirements
4+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
High proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot, building and maintaining process and developing reporting for stakeholders
Salesforce admin certified
Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience building end-to-end revenue sales, marketing or cx processes and reporting structures
Strong excel/google sheets skills
Ability to work autonomously
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in sales/cx enablement and/or training teams on new tools and processes
Fast-growth startup experience preferred
Comfortable learning and implementing new tools, with best practices and minimal supervision
