Sales Operations Specialist Who Enjoys Freedom
Background
Cardwell Beach is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to drive account-based lead generation on a part-time basis. CB is a fast-growing marketing company that produces exceptional creative work for national and global brands, including Samsung, The Mob Museum, Terlato Wines, Dow Jones, Speedtest.net, and Frontier Airlines.

Day-to-Day
This position is responsible for sales enablement via account-based lead generation for cold email outreach; for the right candidate it could evolve into a full-time role. Some responsibilities may include:

Compile and build highly qualified, industry segmented account-based lead lists utilizing multiple sources in tandem with each other including lead generation platforms (we use Apollo.io and ZoomInfo), LinkedIn, professional membership groups, public and government databases, website scraping, and other sources

Quality control and standardize account and contact data formats for importing into Pipedrive using predictive tools and extensions within Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

Consistently use list building best practices including universal suppression lists, deduplication, and cross referencing identifying criteria of eligible accounts/contacts against existing accounts/contacts

Provide lead universe estimation to forecast current and future lead availability within current leads sets against needed fresh lead generation to ensure available lead volume for consistent cold email outreach

Proactively identify and isolate replicable personalization opportunities within large datasets for account and contact-level messaging to be leveraged within large-scale cold email copy

Use out-of-the-box qualifying criteria across multiple data sources to identify elements of segmentation to strategically group accounts into optimally defined buckets including account website tech, industry-specific keywords/jargon, job listings, job titles, industry trends, and creative-yet-relevant criteria

Interest in a career in sales enablement and sales operations; desire to learn and grow

Consistently available 4 to 5 business days per week within the core hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST

Fluent with Google Workspace, CRM technology, and lead generation platforms

Strong Excel and/or Google Sheet skills with pivot table and nested conditional formula experience

Confident working with large datasets of +100K rows within multiple spreadsheets concurrently

Industry-specific knowledge within B2B, healthcare, finance, tech, nonprofit, and other sectors

Positive personality and team-oriented work style; ability to coordinate with multiple internal partners

Strong multitasker; able to identify and prioritize higher-value tasks as they present themselves while simultaneously keeping track of and completing concurrent projects in a timely manner

Keen attention to detail and the ability of focusing on all areas of a project, no matter the size, and proactively translate those insights into actionable next steps in the greater sales operation ecosystem

Knowledgeable of digital marketing industry and associated service offerings

Extra points for prior experience running large scale cold email campaigns and/or a proven process for qualifying large scale account-level lead lists within refined niche industry segments
Compensation
Negotiable hourly rate based on experience; starting at around 20 hours per week with room to grow if successful.
