What You Will Do
As a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst supporting our Spine Division, where you will be responsible for reporting aspects relating to sales rep performance. Currently, our Spine Division has revenue of approximately $600M in a very dynamic market.
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the implementation and execution of the sales operations processes.
Will own and manage the territory alignment process for the designated business unit.
Will develop all sales rep and region quota assessment and development materials
Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas and follow-up with appropriate business partners to discuss opportunities.
Will be a liason between the assigned business unit to sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management matters.
Will execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
Will partner with strategic sales and marketing team to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.
Will provide training on sales tools and processes to others as requested.
Responsible for development and completion of sales measurement metrics and pricing metrics.
Will improve and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, accuracy and sales growth.
Review, assess, and process territory alignment changes through partnerships with sales leadership
Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
Assist both Finance and Sales management teams with ad hoc analysis on sales rep performance and other sales information
Other duties as assigned.
What You Need
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Access
Experience with Cognos, Xactly, JDE, SAP, Microsoft PowerBI a plus
$57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
